Rick Ross still has the felony pistol whipping case looming over his head, but at least the Bawse is now free to roam. Ross was in court on Friday (Oct. 30) in relation to the case, and was allowed to end his home confinement by the judge who is overseeing the case, according to TMZ. The rapper was however given strict orders to stay away from the alleged victim in the case, Jonathan Zamudio. He must also reach out to officials before leaving the state of Georgia.

As previously reported, Ross is facing kidnapping, assault and battery charges stemming from a bizarre case involving a landscaper at his Georgia home. Back in June, the rapper and his bodyguard were arrested and accused of pistol whipping and holding the worker against his will, after the man allegedly had a party at the MMG head's South Atlanta mansion. He made bail and was put on house arrest. In August, a judge loosened the reigns on the Miami MC and allowed him to make business trips.

In September, Ross turned around the sued Zamudio, claiming the man is lying about the incident and cited his phone call to 911 as proof.

Rozay spoke on his ongoing legal battle last week, following the release of his new mixtape Black Dollar. “I think me sitting here right now with you, with an ankle monitor on, out on bond, multiple millions of dollars tied up, we’re in a situation where it’s do-or-die,” Ross said. So, now what you’ve been getting is music that I wanted to feed the streets with. These are things that have been at the top of my mind.”
