Rich Homie Quan sued his former label back in August for unpaid royalties, and now, the label, Think It’s A Game Entertainment, is coming back at Quan. According to Bossip, the label is "accusing him of breaching their deal and demanding an injunction against him from releasing ANY music and also prohibiting him from signing with another record label."

That's bad news for Quan's yet-to-be-released debut album Rich As In Spirit and any other upcoming projects, such as the Rich Gang follow-up he teased earlier this month. The countersuit was originally filed earlier in November, though Bossip recently obtained the documents and details.

It seems Quan and Think It's a Game are locked in a disagreement, as the label feels the deal they signed with the rapper is fairly commonplace, while Quan says the label CEO has used money he is owed to purchase a new house. We will continue to update this legal battle as new details emerge.
