Jay Electronica Hints New Jay Z Music Is on the Way

Fans are desperate for some new Jay Z music as Hova has not released any material in 2015. The closest thing to it was a freestyle Jay Z delivered at his B-Sides concert back in May. The Brooklyn rapper was last heard via a guest appearance on "Movin' Bass" off Rick Ross' 2014 album Hood Billionaire.

There's been rumors of a collaboration album with his wife Beyoncé, but those were shut down. Swizz Beats also played some beats for the Roc Nation boss, though we've heard nothing since then. The Now, Jay Electronica may have let it slip that Jay Z is working on new music.

Jay Electronica took to Twitter and tweet that Jay Z kicked a verse for him over the phone, even saying it's one of his favorite verses of all-time. It may not be much, but it is a small glimmer of hope for fans that Jay Z may have something in the works.
