DMX's child support woes are well documented, and have led to a number of the rapper's unfortunate encounters with the jail system. But according to Earl his recent arrest for failure to break off one of his BM's with the proper monthly payment isn't his fault.

The rapper is putting the blame squarely on his recently fired manager, according to TMZ. X claims the matter should have been being handled by the business manager, and as far as he knew the woman, who is the mother to four of Earl's 12 children, was getting payments.

That proved to be a wrong assumption. Earlier this week, the Yonkers MC arrested for non-payment. X is being accused by his ex-wife Tashera Simmons of missing his $10,000 a month child support payments. This came just a month after being released from prison after spending time in the bing for unpaid child support. In this week's arrest the judge released DMX without bail and said, “I expect to see you back here on Nov. 18 to resolve this case in its totality. [If not] things will not go well for you.” X's attorney Jeffrey Chartier responded, “His sole goal right now is to work and fulfill his obligations. And this gives him the best option to do so.”

Dark Man X has had a year filled with drama. But, on the bright side, he is reportedly back in the studio working on a new album.
