Though he's had his hand--as a featured artist, producer or writer--in a bevy of hits by rap's biggest stars, Ty Dolla $ign has had a hell of a time securing a release date for his own debut album. Even the massive success of his B.o.B.-featuring "Paranoid" and its follow-up single, the Wiz Khalifa- and DJ Mustard-assisted "Or Nah," both taken from last year's Beach House EP, couldn't get the California-bred singer onto retail shelves. But now, Ty says that that LP will finally be delivered to fans: on November 13, with pre-orders available tonight (Sept. 10) through Apple Music. Named Free TC as an homage to his younger brother, who is currently serving a life sentence for a murder both men say he didn't commit, Ty's long-anticipated debut was supposed to come out earlier this summer; two singles, the Future- and Rae Sremmurd-featuring "Blase" and the YG, TeeCee and Joe Moses collaboration "Only Right" have been issued. A new collaboration with Fetty Wap called "When I See Ya" is expected to drop alongside the album pre-order.

With Free TC finally on the horizon, Ty might have his eyes set on other mediums. This past weekend, he and Wiz Khalifa appeared in a movie trailer, for what appears to be a feature-length adaptation of sorts of their joint EP from March of this year, called Talk About It in the Morning. Recently, the 2014 XXL Freshman has appeared on songs by Papoose, Major Lazer, Ace Hood and others.
