The newly-engaged Rick Ross is currently grappling with a grim legal case, one in which he's accused of kidnapping and pistol-whipping a man who was contracted to do landscaping work at his Georgia home. Now, the Miami rapper might have even more legal fees to dish out. According to TMZ, an unidentified woman is suing Ross and a man named Thaddeus "Black" James, claiming the latter raped her after the Grammys this February in Los Angeles. The woman says that she was invited by Ross, James and an array of hangers-on invited her to a marijuana convention when the parties met at the W Hotel. The complaint says that the woman was given a drink, which made her dizzy and caused her to pass out.

The woman believes it was Black who raped her, as she woke up the next morning in his hotel room, undressed and showing physical signs of assault. The suit names both Black and Ross, because the Jane Doe claims Black was employed by Ross and in the rapper's van, and therefore should have been supervised by or responsible to the MC. Ross, who recently dropped a surprise mixtape called Black Dollar, came under fire in early 2013 for a lyric on Rocko's "U.O.E.N.O." On the song, which also features Future, Ross raps, "Put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it." He was dropped by several of his high-profile sponsors, including Reebok, and was dropped from the radio version of the song.
