The Australian leg of Chris Brown's One Hell Of A Night Tour is currently in limbo. The Aussie government has formally set forth a motion to deny the singer's entry into the country. According to TMZ, Brown has received a Notice of Intention to Consider Refusal, because of his felony conviction in the 2009 Rihanna assault. Brown has been given 28 days to file legal documents and hope and plea that the Australian government will let him in to perform and get his check.

According to the United States government, the Virginia singer did the crime and served the time - in his case community service, probation and a short jail stint over a violation. But the folks down under are not fooling around with Breezy. Last week, Aussie officials were pressuring the country’s immigration minister to deny Brown a visa for his scheduled four-stop tour through the country in December. Newly appointed minister for women, Michaelia Cash made this clear while speaking at a recent event concerning domestic violence. "People need to understand if you are going to commit domestic violence and then you want to travel around the world, there are going to be countries that say to you: `You cannot come in because you are not of the character we expect in Australia,’” said Cash. “This is a government that is not afraid to say: `no.’” Brown's manager, Mike G, posted a photo on IG stating that the singers via isn't banned from Australia just yet.

Brown is currently working on his forthcoming album Royalty which is slated to drop before the year is over.
