50 Cent is being sued for allegedly stealing the idea for his hit television show Power. TMZ reports that writer Larry Johnson is suing the G-Unit boss for $200 million. Johnson claims that the manuscript he wrote, "Tribulation of a Ghetto Kid," is a carbon copy of 50's Starz show. Johnson handed the manuscript to Nikki Turner at G-Unit Books in 2005, according to reports. The manuscript was eventually published by another publisher however, Johnson believes that Nikki showed the manuscript to 50 and wants to be paid.

He states that premise is of Power is the same as his book, a drug dealer who is trying to become legit. Johnson continues to say that the the main character in Power, "Ghost," has the same physical features described in his book and uses the same nickname as his book's main character. He goes on on to claim that the main's character best friend in Power, "Tommy," has the same short fuse as the main character's best friend in the book. Johnson's main character in his book owns a nightclub in Atlanta. Power's main character owns a nightclub in New York City.
