The 2015 BET Award and Emmy Award nominations were released earlier this week and 50 Cent is none too pleased about being left off of both. Fif took to Instagram, as he has been doing a lot lately, to address the snubs and was particularly upset with BET for not nominating Elf Rivera for Best Director for his work on "9 Shots:" This year, the category includes Alan Ferguson, Benny Boom, Chris Robinson/Lil Chris, Colin Tilley and Director X.  The 10th annual BET Hip Hop Awards are scheduled for Oct. 13.

His television show Power was not nominated at the 67th Emmy awards. Empire, the hit Fox television show that Fif often makes fun of, received Emmy for Outstanding Costumes and Taraji P. Henson is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. The second season of Power was a huge success and turned out to be the most watched series on the Starz network. 50 Cent’s Starz drama Power finished its second season on Aug. 15 and broke the all-time ratings records for the premium cable network’s most popular original series on record. The television drama has already been renewed for a third season. Creator, executive producer and showrunner Courtney Kemp Agboh alongside executive producers 50 Cent, Mark Canton, Randall Emmett and newly elevated Gary Lennon will all be back next season. Power stars Omari Hardwick as a New York City nightclub owner/drug kingpin. The 67th Emmy Awards are scheduled for Sept. 20.
