The Game is in some serious trouble. In an interview with Sway about his upcoming album The Documentary 2, the West Coast native said that he could be heading to prison for punching off-duty LAPD officer named Onyebuchi Awaji and allegedly threatening to kill him during pro-am basketball in Hollywood.

“The police thing, that was a poor decision on my part.” Game added. “Number 1, I didn’t know he was a police officer. He wasn’t talking like he was a police officer. He was talking crazy. And he was on some throwing me jabs, man. I got tired of it and made a bad decision that I’m going to have to pay for with some jail time. Sooner or later… I think that was the last straw with me putting hands on people out here.” When asked about how much time he can possibly serve, Game adds: "Probably like three years, it's a little more serious... We're gonna go in there with a good team of lawyers and we're gonna do what we can."

Awaji also implied that Game was going to retrieve a gun from his gym bag. To make matters even worse, Awaji is suing Game for some $12 million, with the breakdown as follows:

Pain and suffering: $1 million
Emotional distress: $1 million
Medical expenses (to date): $50,000
Medical expenses (future): $100,000
Punitive damages: $10 million

The lawsuit was filed in April. The Game turned himself into police in early June and pled not guilty to felony criminal threat and misdemeanor assault during the morning proceeding.
