Scarface drops his first single featuring Rush Davis titled "Steer." The Houston legend and one of the greatest rappers of all-time is gearing up to drop a new album called Deeply Rooted next month, his first solo album since Emeritus in 2008. "Steer” is a captivating story as 'Face illustrates vivd imagery with each verse. "Paranoid, got me running for my life now/Homicide, questioning my mama and my wife now/Parking lot, full of cops, got the dogs out/Running, chest burning, out of breath/About to fall out," he raps. Rush Davis shines on the hook, not only for his melodic tune but for his song writing. Deeply Rooted is a 15-track offering with appearances from Nas, Rick Ross, John Legend, Cee-Lo Green and more due out on Sept. 4. Listen to it above.
