A Los Angeles area jeweler is accusing people in 50 Cent's crew of assaulting him and making him run the jewels. And he has taken his story to the police. According to TMZ, Robert Marin, owner of LAX Jewelry Co. claims he traveled to Las Vegas the weekend of the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight in order to sell the Queens mogul a diamond-flooded Rolex as well as a diamond encrusted Cuban link chain worth $250,000. The two supposedly met at Drai's nightclub where 50 saw the jewelry and price negotiations were discussed. Marin then claims he was invited to Mayweather's gym. When he arrived, he says he was pistol whipped and robbed for the watch and chain by two of 50 Cent's people who fled after taking his items.

Shortly afterward, Marin filed a robbery report with the Las Vegas Police Department who are currently investigating the situation. Fif's lawyer Scott Leemon has released a statement on behalf of his client vehemently denying the allegations. “On behalf of 50, I can adamantly deny that he or his security had anything to do with these baseless and false allegations.”

50 clearly has enough bread to pay for the jewelry. He even reportedly won $1.6 million betting on the big fight. So this allegation seems a bit strange. XXL will keep you posted on any updates in the situation.
