Over the weekend, Kanye, Kim and Nori ventured to Armenia and before the crew headed off to Israel today, 'Ye threw a surprise concert for the people. Kim took to Twitter to announce the spontaneous concert that was held at Swan Lake-Karapi Litch:

The performance (which starts around the 45-minute mark in the video above) was streamed live online and kicked off with "Stronger" and featured the high-energy we've come to expect from Kanye. Late in the show, 'Ye decided that he was too far from the rest of the crowd and jumped into the shallow lake while running through "Good Life." The superstar rapper was soon joined in the lake by concert-goers while West had a huge smile on his face.

Kim went on her Facebook page and posted a photo along with the caption, "What a crazy night! Kanye wakes me up & says he's doing a free concert in Yerevan, Armenia! I throw on sweats & we head out! Thousands of people were there! Kanye jumped in swan lake to be closer to the crowd on the other side & so many people jumped in too! I was so nervous but it was such an exciting crazy night! So happy I got to rock out with everyone in Armenia on our last night here!!!! ‪#‎EpicNight‬"
