Jerry Heller, ex manager for N.W.A. and Eazy E, says that Suge Knight's hit-and-run murder case is a karma. TMZ caught up with Heller Outside Craig's and the ex mogul didn't hold any punches. "Instant karma," he said. "This is like O.J. [Simpson] it's payback time." When asked what would Eazy E, real name Eric Lynn Wright, think the embattled hip-hop figure was pretty candid. "I think Eric is looking down and smiling," he said.

Suge Knight is currently behind bars and charged with murder and attempted murder for running over two victims on Jan. 29. Terry Carter, 55, is identified as the victim killed while being struck in the parking lot outside Tam’s Burgers. Cle “Bone” Sloan survives but suffered serious injuries to his legs and head. Knight fled the scene after the incident. In a turn of events, Sloan won’t testify against the rap mogul in the murder case. ”I don’t want it to get misconstrued that I told on this man,” he said in court today. “I’m no snitch. I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison.” Los Angeles County judge ruled Suge Knight will stand trial on murder and attempted murder charges and reduced his bail from $25 million to $10 million. In recent news, audio obtained from Los Angeles Police Department has Sloan telling police he is partially to blame for the death of Terry Carter. Check out the timeline of events here.
