Kendrick Lamar threw out the first pitch at the Los Angeles Dodgers' game against the San Francisco Giants Monday night (Apr. 27) and he did not disappoint. According to the announcer, the To Pimp a Butterfly rapper had a "nice form" and threw a "nice pitch." Compared to 50 Cent's horrific first pitch at The New York Mets' Citi Field, K.Dot looks like he's Clayton Kershaw. Perhaps he brought some good luck for his hometown team, because the Dodgers went on to beat to Giants 8-3.

In recent news, Kendrick was featured on Glasses Malone new single "Thuggin'," which is off of Malone's upcoming project, GH2: Life Ain’t Nothing But. To Pimp A Butterfly was certified gold officially on April 19, pushing past 500,000 copies sold. The feat makes the Compton MC the eighth artist to sell 500,000 records in 2015.

Check out the footage for the pitch below.
