Pharrell might not have seen the last of the Marvin Gaye family in a courtroom setting. After recently winning a $7.3 million lawsuit against the Virginia super producer and Robin Thicke over "Blurred Lines," the family of the late singing legend is asserting Skateboard P might have swiped another one of Gaye's songs without permission. According to members of the Gaye family Pharrell's hit "Happy" might have plagiarized Gaye's song "Aint That Peculiar."

Following their courtroom win, the family expressed their concerns about Pharrell's solo smash. "I heard the mash-ups -- but I didn't really need to hear them," said Janis Gaye contending the two songs are eerily similar. "I know 'Ain't That Peculiar' and I've heard 'Happy.'" At least at this point it doesn't look like they will take more legal action. "I'm not going to lie, I do think they sound alike," said Nona Gaye. "We're not in that space."

Robin Thicke and Pharrell's lawyer Howard King plans to appeal the initial "Blurred Lines" ruling telling the Fox Business Network this could have a major affect on the music industry. “We owe it to songwriters around the world to make sure this verdict doesn’t stand,” King said. "Just because eight people think two songs are similar doesn’t mean they are. I think this is a horrible decision that is going to affect whether or not record labels provide the necessary funds for new music to be created.”
