Chris Brown is taking the mother of his alleged 9-month-old baby, Royalty, to family court. As recently reported, the Virginia crooner allegedly fathered a child with model Nia Guzman. But according to TMZ, Brown did not know about the existence of the baby until last month, upon which he agreed to make monthly payments. According to the site's sources, he is paying more than he would be required by law because he wanted to keep the news quiet. Now, the "Loyal" singer - suspect that Guzman leaked the initial story to the press - is upset and readying to go to court and ask for standard payments.

News came out to the public about the existence of the child earlier this week. TMZ broke the story with sources from both camps saying that Brown and Guzman are on good terms but they are not romantically together. Things might have changed concerning the former.

Chris Brown's break-catching skills seem to be null and void. After having to stall his Between The Sheets tour over community service issues stemming from his Rihanna assault charge, the tour started late only to get sidetracked again when Breezy couldn't gain access to Canada.

On a positive note, the troubled singer did recently drop his collab album with Tyga, Fan Of A Fan: The Album.
