As promised, Drake and Nas made history last night performing on the same stage at Sprite's Obey Your Thirst Concert. Drake had something special up his sleeve for his performance. The OVO head surprised the crowd by bringing out Kanye West. 'Ye entered the stage wit a pair of Yeezy Boosts in hand which he gifted to Drizzy before turning up for the crowd to Chief Keef's "I Don't Like." Drake also covered West's recent singles "Only One" and "FourFiveSeconds" as well as performing some jams from his latest release, If You're Reading This, It's Too Late (below). To the surprise of the crowd, Drake also brought out iLoveMakonnen and OB O'Brien.

Speaking of surprises, Drake surprised the masses earlier this week when he dropped the new "mixtape." The Young Money rapper pulled a Beyoncé, releasing the project to the masses on no notice. Twitter proceeded to go bananas over the release which contains 17 tracks including mostly new songs and some previous releases. The project, which is for sale on iTunes is projected to sell over 500,000 units by week's end.

New York City has been abuzz over the weekend with all the NBA All-Star festivities going on. Last night, the celebrity basketball game popped off with the likes of Common and Kevin Hart suiting up. Action Bronson and Justin Bieber also participated in an All-Star Celebrity Ping Pong Tournament. That's not to mention all the parties. And things are just getting started.
