This is a win for the Virginia entertainer, but he isn't completely in the clear. Last month a judge revoked his probation after he was in the presence of two separate club shooting incidents and failed to complete his 1000 hours of community service. He was also ordered to finish his remaining 100 hours of community service before going on his Between The Sheets Tour with Trey Songz which caused a postponement of the cross country jaunt. Now it looks like Breezy will be free to hit the road. The new schedule for the tour, which kicks off this week, can be viewed below.

Early this morning, CB had a brush with the law when his car was searched by police officers outside a Hollywood club after someone sent in a tip that a person in his entourage was holding heat. Cops failed to recover a weapon. It would be in Brown's best interest to lay low for the immediate future. His next court date is Mar. 20 where a judge will decide whether or not he is guilty of violating his probation. If so, Brown could face serious jail time.
