Azealia Banks doesn't bite her tongue when it comes to race and sex issues. The Harlem rapper has been outspoken about white rappers (she ripped Iggy Azalea and called T.I. a "shoe shining coon" on Hot 97), and has used homophobic slurs during Twitter feuds with bloggers and rappers, which she later apologized for. Yesterday afternoon, Banks published a curious Instagram post with caption that simply read "Azealia Banks is Homophobic 1." In the post, Banks argues that gay men should not be able to get away with the word "bitch" when referring to women and compared gay men using the word to homophobes using slurs before committing a hate crime.

This is the second time Banks has stirred up controversy with her Instagram profile this week. On Tuesday, Feb. 3, Banks posted a picture of herself in makeup with the caption "#whiteface." She later posted two more pictures that showed she was prepping for a video shoot for "Ice Princess" off her Broke With Expensive Taste album. The original "#whiteface" picture caused a stir and she turned to Twitter to call out people criticizing her for the picture while using racial slurs herself.

Banks can't stay out of the public eye for the wrong reasons as of late. Instead of people focusing on her music, Banks is becoming more known for arguing with other artists on social media and calling out rappers for comments they make to the media, as she did when she called Kendrick Lamar's Ferguson comments "the dumbest shit she'd ever heard."
