Kanye West Debuts “Only One” Music Video On ‘Ellen’

Kanye West premiered his video to "Only One" featuring Paul McCartney, which stars his daughter, North West on Ellen today (see that above, watch the full video here, which is directed by Spike Jonze).  The visual is a perfect translation of the song, showing 'Ye spending quality time father and daughter time. It's really touching. It's not the brightest day out, but that doesn't stop the two from bonding, as Yeezy covers North's head as it begins to rain. Kanye shared his handwritten lyrics to “Only One” earlier this month.  Almost a year ago from today the head boss of G.O.O.D. Music premiered the Yeezus cut, "Bound 2" video with Kim Kardashian on The Ellen DeGeneres show.

"One One" featuring McCartney is the first official song we've heard from Kanye since Yeezus dropped last summer. He's been featured on a handful of tracks like Theophilus London's "Can't Stop," Future's "I Won" and Chief Keef's "Nobody."  The song, in addition to Yeezy's recent collaboration with Rihanna and the Beatle legend, "FourFiveSeconds" will appear on his upcoming album, which he says to Ellen during the interview that there's no title as of right now.

Kanye returned to the Ellen show to take part of her week long birth celebration. In addition to premiering the video for "Only One," the rapper/producer talked about his partnership with Adidas and how being a family man has changed is life.

"I've learned to shut up more," said Yeezy when asked what marriage has been like. "I'm a better human because of [Kim] and my daughter."

Ellen pointed out that Kanye seems like a different person since his union to reality star Kim Kardashian. In response Kanye explained why he's had so many rants in the past, saying he's had difficulty expressing himself and didn't have the support he needed in business ventures. With Adidas however, he's given the room he needs to showcase his creativity.

"Not last night but the night before I hear North in the bathroom and I hear the toilet flushing and flushing and I run in there," said Mrs. West on Heat Radio. "I'm like 'wait a minute babe' to Kanye, 'didn't she have your phone a second ago?' Sure enough the phone was in the toilet. I put it in a bag of rice but nothing worked."
