Iggy Azalea's ex boyfriend, Hefe Wine, has apparently been trying to free load off The New Classic rapper. Iggy recently sued Wine, accusing him of stealing several unfinished songs of her and trying to sell them as a mixtape called Inizio. Released last year, Inizio apparently is the polar opposite of Iggy's current music style, and she never meant for them to go public.

TMZ recently discovered that a federal judge in Los Angeles agreed with Iggy. The judge issued a preliminary injunction to prohibit Hefe from both selling the songs and using Iggy's name to promote them. The case has not been closed as yet, but the judge saw and heard enough to decide Inizio was far from fancy.

Wine verses Azalea has been an ongoing situation for the past couple of months. Wine claimed that he has a sextape featuring the Australian-born MC and was shopping it around. However, that was quickly stopped by the former XXL Freshan's legal team. He also filed for divorce from their alleged common law marriage back in Oct. 2014 in an attempt to get a 50/50 split of all of the profits from Iggy. When will this battle ever end?
