Jeremih Could Face Jail Time For Fuddruckers Incident

In early November, reports broke about singer Jeremih causing a ruckus at a Fuddruckers in Billings, Montana. According to the report, cops reviewed footage from the surveillance video and have reached out to prosecutors for a warrant. After causing thousands of dollars worth of damages in the restaurant, Jeremih and the rowdy bunch are likely to be hit with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges. Fuddruckers is now taking legal action and intend to arrest the artist.

Jeremih and his crew were trying to flirt with with a cashier at the food establishment. However, the cashier was very uncomfortable and reported the unwanted advances to her manager. The discussion with management led the "Don't Tell Em" singer claims of racism and beer bottles being thrown.

That escalated quickly.
