Jeremih finds himself with another legal issue on his hands as he was arrested after sneaking onto a plane, Friday (Dec. 12) at the Newark Airport, reports NYDailyNews. The "Don't Tell 'Em" singer and his crew were reportedly trying to catch a flight to Phoenix but some of them, including Jeremih, arrived after the boarding call. The singer reportedly got Dontate Cunningham, a member of his security detail who had already boarded, to open the plane's locked door - which is illegal - allowing Jeremih and another man, Adam Woods, on board. All three men were removed from the aircraft by the Port Authority police and taken into custody. The Def Jam crooner and Woods were charged with obstruction and disorderly conduct while Cunningham was charged with defiant trespass.

It hasn't been a good winter for the crooner, legally. As previously reported, early last month, the R&B singer and his crew were accused of causing major damage at a Fuddruckers in Billings, Montana. He could be facing jail time for that incident.
