James Franco And Nicki Minaj Pay Homage To ‘Peter Pan’ In SNL Promo Video

James Franco is set to host NBC's Saturday Night Live tomorrow (Dec. 6), with musical guest Nicki Minaj. In the just-released pair of promo bumpers, the duo—who have evidently put their past behind them—shares one of their presumably numerous secret handshakes and pays homage to the live production of Peter Pan.

This week will mark Franco's third time hosting SNL, having previously taken the reigns in 2008 and 2009. The Spring Breakers star can be seen next in Evan Goldberg's The Interview, where he plays opposite Seth Rogen. Minaj, who last visited 30 Rock in 2011, will be there to promote her new album The Pinkprint, due Dec. 15.

This is the weekly sketch comedy show's 40th season.
