In less than two years, Chance the Rapper has transformed himself from an underground artist to a household name in more than just hip-hop. Emerging from Chicago as one of music's brightest new stars, Chance has secured a faithful fan base and proven his potential all without signing to a major label or producing a radio single. In late October, the XXL 2014 Freshman announced he and his band The Social Experiment would be releasing a project called Surf before the year ends. Before the full material hits the ears of fans, Chance decided to release a short film shot by his close friend and director, Austin Vesely, about tour life called SoXDay.

Get an inside glimpse at what it's really like to be on tour, from chilling and goofing off on the bus to tearing down the stage, Vesely manages to capture the true essence of life with Chance the Rapper and The Social Experiment.

"See what it's like to be on tour with Chance the Rapper and the Social Experiment for the 23 hours a day they're not on stage. Featuring Donnie Trumpet, Peter Cottontale, Stix, Nate Fox's Back and Macie Stewart. Surf coming soon, We do this shit for fun," reads the caption for the short film.
