Freddie Gibbs headlined a show featuring Pell and Remy Banks from World's Fair last night at Rough Trade record store in Brooklyn, and while he tore things down at his performance he almost didn't make it out unscathed. According to the NY Post, after 1 a.m. last night the Indiana MC was sitting in his car outside the venue in Williamsburg when a lone gunman shot at the vehicle, hitting two members of his crew with bullets. Both victims were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, while Gibbs was not injured.

Gibbs was sitting outside the venue about a half hour after his performance ended when the shooting occurred. According to the Post, Gibbs said after the shooting, “They tried to kill Tupac. They tried to kill me. I’m still alive.” He then Instagrammed photos of himself both at the show and afterward saying, "Still Livin.'"
