The NFL's ban on Beats By Dre headphones has claimed its first victim. After wearing the headphones during his press conference following the San Francisco 49ers victory over Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, quarterback Colin Kaepernick was fined $10,000. Kaepernick, who starred in a Beats headphones commercial last season, has an endorsement deal with the headphone juggernaut but the NFL's new deal with Bose forbids players and coaches from wearing anything other than Bose when the cameras are on. Since Kaepernick has a deal with Beats, there's a good chance Dre and Co. will pick up the tab.
