Earlier this month, Rich Homie Quan walked boxer Andrien Broner to the ring for his fight with Emanual Taylor, then proceeded to get into an undercard match of his own as he made his way to his seat for the main event. Footage was captured of the XXL Freshman punching and kneeing a man repeatedly for reasons unknown at the time. Quan recently sat down with KarenCivil and spoke on the dust up saying he was just defending himself from a hater. "Everybody don't want to see you win," said the Atlanta rapper about the incident. "I was walking [Broner] out to the ring. Not knowing that you got haters in here, somebody that wants to fight you. At the same time you have to defend yourself. Not saying I want people to know I'm into violence, but at the same time you have to be a man."

Also a topic of discussion was his relationship with Young Thug who many have questioned recently over his use of feminine lingo when referring to men. RHQ confirmed that it's nothing more than talk. "Sometimes the social network can misconstrue things," he said. "We have our own slang and we talk our certain way. But anyone who knows me, as well as anyone who knows him, certain stuff should never cross your mind. But at the same time, that's your opinion to say what you want to say."
