Riding off the strength of his latest project, House Slippers, Joell Ortiz is plotting his next move. Ortiz, who is undoubtedly one of the top lyricists in the game, the proud Puerto Rican MC may be entering the battle arena to take part in the second installment of "Total Slaughter."

"They want me to get in the ring for Total Slaughter 2," Ortiz told The Bee Shine during an interview in Boston. "They want me to battle, they feel like I would be good in that ring. I feel like I would too, I've been thinking about it."

Fellow Slaughterhouse member Joe Budden took part (and lost) in the first "Total Slaughter," and if Ortiz decides to partake it will only help the project build its portfolio and help shed more light on the battle rap scene.
