Gucci Mane recently scored a legal win and will be coming home nearly a year earlier than expected. It was up in the air whether Guwop, who has been in the DeKalb County jail since last September, would be given credit for the time he has already spent on lock down. But a judge recently granted the troubled rapper 11 months worth of credit for time served, according to TMZ.

As recently reported, last month, Gucci, real name, Radric Davis, was sentenced to 39 months in prison for a federal gun charge he pled guilty to in May. He has requested to serve his time away on the West Coast where he would be away from distractions. He has also recommended the judge send him to facility with a recovery program for lean addiction.

Now, it looks like Gucci will touchdown in December 2016. Upon release he will be on three years of supervised probation with limited travel and $5000 fine.
