Wale Is A True WWE Fan

Anyone who saw Wale on his tour with J. Cole got a hint of his love of pro wrestling. During the tour he frequently hit the stage with a replica of WCW World Heavyweight Championship belt. Last night, his love of sports entertainment was even more apparent as he was among the celebrities in attendance for WWE's SummerSlam pay-per-view last night. The MMG rapper was part of the sold out crowd in Los Angeles that saw Brock Lesnar win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from John Cena.

After the event the MMG rapper tweeted, "Special thnx to @wwe @tripleH and the set ! Had a great time at #summerslam the whole staple center was LITTT. #EveryBlueMoon"

And don't think Wale coasted on his star status last night to enjoy the show. One of the WWE stars, Mark Henry praised Wale last night for footing his own bill, "thanks to wale for coming out paying for his own tickets. REAL FAN. Pure class!"

This trip to the matches is a marked improvement over some of Wale's previous experiences. Last March he got into a confrontation with a fan at a Washington D.C. taping of WWE's Monday Night Raw.
