Mike WiLL Made It Wants To Make $3 Billion By The Time He’s 40 Years Old

Mike WiLL Made It is in the midst of one of the best runs of any producer in the past few years. He's put out numerous hit records, dropped a mixtape and the first single to his debut album, and was the driving force behind Miley Cyrus, the one-woman twerking phenomenon that swept the country. Now just two months into the year, Mike WiLL already made some noise by being named the executive producer of Future's highly anticipated sophomore album, Honest, as well as being the producer behind Rick Ross and Jeezy's beef-squashing, mega single "War Ready" and Diddy's go-to man for his upcoming album, rumored to be called MMM. XXL got Mike WiLL on the phone to discuss "War Ready," his longtime friendship with Future, and what he's got in the tank. —Emmanuel C.M. (@ECM_LP)

Maybe 50 Cent was onto something with Animal Ambition and having that relentless will to grind. Apparently, Mike WiLL Made It has been sipping some of that juice because the super producer is hoping to be worth an astounding $3 billion by the age of 40. In an interview with Business Week, Mike Will Made It explained how he intends to reach this lofty goal and named some of his idols in the game.

"Now I know I’m going to make $3 billion by the time I’m 40," he said.

The ambitious producer then explained his plans on being a dual threat as both a producer and business man.

“I tell people, ‘You gotta look at me as a producer and a businessman, like an executive or some CEO-type shit. It’s like I have three different brains," he explained.

Mike Will also touched on how he appreciates Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine's business acumen.

“We’ve had plenty of talks," he said in regards to Iovine. "I told him, he and Dre are the OGs. They’re opening up doors for people like me.”

On the music front, Mike Will is making noise. He has his mixtape Ransom on the way with bangers including, "Take A Picture" with Young Thug, and "Buy the World" with Tunechi, Kendrick, and Future.
