This year's Lollapalooza was filled with nothing but big names. With Eminem and OutKast headlining the show, Nas and Rich Homie Quan turning up on day two, and our 2014 XXL Freshman Chance the Rapper closing out the show, it's safe to say the lineup for this eclectic music festival was one for the books.

Preparing fans for their forthcoming The Monster Tour, Eminem surprised Lollapalooza goers by bringing out Rihanna on stage with him on Aug. 1. The crowd went crazy as the two performed their chart-topping hit, "Monster" together and then again when the Bajan singer assisted the Detroit rapper on his classic hit, "Stan".

On the second day, Nas shut down the stage after performing a plethora of hits from his legendary album Illmatic while Rich Homie Quan got the crowd jumping during his set. OutKast acted as the headliner for day two, effortlessly supplying fans with a set they would never forget. The duo has been jet setting around the world for their reunion tour and this stop left fans in a nostalgic state while performing songs like "Aquemini", "B.O.B." and "International Player's Anthem" (an obvious ode to the late Pimp C).

Initially showing his face during a Vic Mensa set, Chance the Rapper returned the favor by bringing out Vic Mensa for "Cocoa Butter Kisses", but it was an unexpected guest that really took the show. It was nothing but Chicago love when Chance brought out iconic R&B singer, R. Kelly. R. Kelly perfumed a number of hits that had the sea of people singing and bopping along to every word.

All in all, music lovers were able to get a taste of just about everything at the 2014 Lollapalooza in Chicago. From big names to the underground music scene, artists delivered their talents to thousands of concert goers, while fans from all walks of life embraced familiar and new sounds.
