TDE’s President Punch Wants Jay Electronica To Focus On Making Music

It's been a pretty interesting couple of days for Jay Electronica. After killing his onstage performance with Jay Z at the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival, he went on a Twitter rampage yesterday, highlighting the lack of quality music in the game today. According to HipHopDX, TDE's Punch responded to the newly signed Roc Nation rapper.

"Speak through the music," Punch said on Twitter, "You'll reach further."

The tweet doesn't appear on either Electronica's or Punch's page. Jay Elect has deleted all of his tweets from yesterday.

"97% of The Artist in music are making songs about absolutely nothing," wrote Jay Electronica in yesterday's rant. "Don’t talk to me bout mc’s got skills.. the game is a clown circus. And We are putting EVERYBODY ON NOTICE.
