LA Blood Members Cosign Chris Brown

Chris Brown has made quite an interesting comeback thus far. After delivering a dope performance with August Alsina and Trey Songz during the BET Awards and dropping his new single, "New Flame", it appears that Breezy is inching back towards success. While mainstream is enjoying a rejuvenated Chris Brown, TMZ reported that Compton's Fruit Town Piru Blood are also appreciative of Breezy's presence.

Last week, Chris Brown was seen throwing up gang signs at a club in Los Angeles. Apparently, those gestures were connected to the set. TMZ spoke to a couple of members of the crew and were told that the reason Chris Brown has been consigned is because of his charitable efforts towards their community. Now, he isn't a full-fledged member, but he is being considered as an affiliate. Here are some of the reasons why Fruit Town have embraced Chris Brown, according to TMZ.

- He’s hired several of them to work for him … giving their Compton community an economic boost
- Chris comes to the hood and hangs out with them
- He shot a music video in the neighborhood … and even included some of them in the vid
- He donated a thousand pairs of new shoes to Compton kids
