Tech N9ne Dedicated His ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ Performance To His Late Mother
Tech N9ne allowed himself to get emotional during his performance last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live! After hitting the stage to perform his hit single “Fragile” the independent MC took a moment to dedicate the track “He’s A Mental Giant” to his late mom.
“I told myself if I ever got this Strange Music to national television I would say something to my mother who would be probably watching, but I just lost her to Lupus two weeks ago so I know that her spirit is with me right now, I’m going to say to my mom: Made Ma! Top of the World!”
Tech N9ne has definitely made it. Last year he was named “Hip-Hop’s Secret Mogul” on Forbes annual “Hip Hop Cash Kings List.”
