Dr Dre Is Selling His House For $35 million

Dr Dre is financially on one. Maybe on two, quite honestly. After cashing in on his $3 billion deal with Apple, Dr. Dre's bankroll is unlimited. After purchasing Tom Brady's home for a whooping $50 million, Dr. Dre listed his old mansion located in Los Angeles Hollywood Hills West for $35 million.

If you recall, Dre bought his mansion back in 2011. The 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom fortress spans 9,696 feet. The house also offers a 300-degree view of the Pacific Ocean.

When Dr. Dre originally purchased the mansion, he paid $15.4 million. To say Dr. Dre is moving on up, is obviously an understatement, especially since he's now worth over $790 million.
