Puff Daddy Seeks Help With Commencement Speech From Howard University Students And Alum

Once gracing the campus of Howard University, the Hip Hop mogul traded in a degree in order to pursue a life in the music industry and it’s quite clear this college drop out made the right choice. Howard University named Puff Daddy their commencement speaker for their 146th ceremony this May.

Announcing the opportunity via his Twitter and Instagram, Diddy is offering students and graduates alike, to help him create an unforgettable graduation speech:

"ATTN ALL HOWARD ALUM, STUDENTS AND 2014 GRADUATES!! I am coming back home on May 10th to deliver the commencement speech! Please use #DiddySpeechHU to send me your advice, tips & suggestions!! I'm reading all notes and comments now! LETS GO!!!!! #HowardU #HU"

Soliciting assistance from Howard University students comes as somewhat of a surprise after some of the 2014 class exhibited mixed feelings about the business savvy multimillionaire speaking at the school.

Ultimately, this looks like a way for Diddy to connect with his old stomping ground, while demonstrating the lessons the University taught him during his short time of attendance.
