Chris Brown has finally touched down after a 5 day trip from L.A. to D.C. via Con-air. The singer was escorted by U.S. Marshals to the country's capital to await his April 23rd trial in Washington D.C. Since arriving Chris has been moved to a Virginia jail and unfortunately for Chris, the singer has been placed in general population.

An administrator at Northern Neck Regional Jail in Virginia confirmed to TMZ that Chris in indeed an inmate. At the facility Chris can now take daily showers and has limited restrictions. He also has access to the phone, TV, exercise equipment, and the library.

In L.A., the singer was locked down in solitary 23 hours of the day while in jail and was allowed one shower every two days.
