According to his manager, Soulja Boy never told LAPD he owned the loaded gun found in his car, which later lead to his arrest. As such, the rapper feels his rights were violated.

As previously reported, rapper Arab was driving Soulja's car with Soulja riding shotgun when the two were pulled over for running a stop sign. Officers discovered a loaded gun in the car and immediately cuffed Soulja.

The rapper's manager, however, claims that a neighbor left the gun under the car seat, meanwhile Soulja was left unaware that it was there. Soulja only admitted to owning the vehicle, not the weapon.
