Macklemore has been added to the list of performers for this year's Grammys, joining Pharrell and Kendrick Lamar as hip-hop's on-stage representation at the annual awards show.

In addition to rocking the stage, the 2012 XXL Freshman class member along with Ryan Lewis hope to bring home gold. Statistics are on their side considering the pair has seven nominations. The Heist artists hope to claim either the Album Of The Year and Best Rap Album for The Heist, Song Of The Year for "Same Love," Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for "Thrift Shop," Best Music Video for "Can't Hold Us," or the illustrious award for Best New Artist.

This will be Macklemore's first GRAMMY performance, and if the rapper could cement his place in history with a Grammy award, and his hometown Seahawks defeat the 49ers, it would certainly cap off a successful weekend for the city of Seattle.
