With all the drama in the rear view, Queens duo Mobb Deep is finally almost ready to serve fans with their eighth studio album, The Infamous Mobb Deep. Along with the usual suspects on production like, Havoc and Alchemist, frequent Drake collaborator Boi-1da recently revealed he will be adding his sound to the forthcoming LP. “It’s new-age with that old Mobb twist to it,” the Toronto producer recently told Vibe. “I was a big fan of Mobb Deep and Havoc’s production, so I just reached out and me and [Havoc] have been producing records together, sending stuff back and forth. I can say that I have some records on the new Mobb Deep album that me and Havoc did together. It’s something I knocked off my bucket list.”

Mobb Deep will be kicking off a 32-city U.S. tour on January 10 in San Diego, with additional international tour dates yet to be announced. The Infamous Mobb Deep, is slated to be out this Spring.
