Nicki Minaj virtually took someone else's beat without permission when she waxed poetics over "Boss Ass B*tch (Remix)" and now three little known girls from Los Angeles score a major label deal because of it.

Kandii, K Duceyyy and Alizé, known collectively as P.T.A.F. (Pretty and Taking All Fades), first released “Boss Ass Bitch” 17 months ago before The Barbz hopped on it and hinted at an upcoming album.

After receiving some props from Nicki over Instagram, the girls registered their song with BMI with the help of K Duceyyy's cousin, Devon “DeVoe” Reed. Thanks to Nicki’s remix, however, P.T.A.F. garnered the attention of Eesean “E” Bolden, an A&R for Capitol Music Group. In January, the high school graduates landed a single deal with the record company.

“My girls will not be featuring on her song, she will be featuring on ours,” says DeVoe.
