It was reported back in April that Mac Miller’s collaborative project with Pharrell, Pink Slime, was pushed back. In an interview with Hot 97, Mac explained that he feels his individual brand isn’t solid enough to contend with the star power that Pharrell brings to the table on Pink Slime. Well after an impressive 2013 and the release of his critically-acclaimed sophomore album Watching Movies with the Sound Off, the Pink Slime is now back on the table.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Miller says the project is back on and will be released by the end of 2014. "I'm going to go see him [in Miami] and we're going to finish it and put it out," he said. "Because the shit's ill and people want it. We both had pretty wild years. We gotta do it!"  His debut live album, Live From Space, is due out Dec. 17.
