Decorated hip-hop photographer Jonathan Mannion—who has shot numerous covers for XXL, including our current 150th issue featuring Drake—will be closing up his photography studio at the end of December. Mannion had had the space for ten years.

According to HypeBeast, Mannion is being forced out because his landlord is determined to turn his building into condos, meaning the end of his tenure.

In order to celebrate during his final two-plus months at his spot, Mannion teamed up with Modelo for their #BlankCanvasMe series, where he took photos of friends and industry folk such as 40 Oz Van, Sophia Chang, A$AP Twelvyy, Dante Ross, DJ D-Nice, jeffstaple and more.

Head over to HypeBeast to check out some of the photos, and see Mannion's photo of his studio door posted on Instagram below.
