UPDATE: Action Bronson Reveals ‘Blue Chips 2′ Release Date

Action Bronson's 2012 mixtape Blue Chips with producer Party Supplies is one of the 2013 XXL Freshman's most well-received projects. Fans have been clamoring for an official release date for the tape's sequel since the Flushing, Queens rapper spoke it up earlier this year. Back in July, the portly MC confirmed the tape was "100 percent next" on his list of projects he was cooking up. Today, he announced the release date. Well, sort of. "BLUE CHIPS 2... The First Day it rains in NOVEMBER. Be ready," he typed on Twitter.

We are assuming this means the first sight of precipitation in Bronson's hometown, NYC. He later added the hilarious follow up, "IF U WANNA LAUGH, CRY, HATE ME, LOVE ME, WANAA FUCK ME , WANNA FIGHT ME, LOVE RABBITS THEN ULL CRASH UR CAR TO BLUE CHIPS 2!!!!! I PROMISE."

So, there you have it. From November 1 on keep the weather app on your phone bookmarked to an NYC area code. Blue Chips 2 is on the way.
