Kanye West Charged In LAX Paparazzi Attack

According to TMZ, Kanye West has been officially charged with misdemeanor criminal battery and attempted grand theft for allegedly attacking a photographer in an incident that occurred in Los Angeles International Airport on July 19.

During the incident that was recorded on video by multiple media outlets, Kanye attempted to seize the camera of a photographer that was harassing Kanye as he was exiting the airport and getting into his car.

If Kanye West is convicted of the two misdemeanor, he can potentially face a maximum one-year in jail along with potentials fines. Kanye's arraignment is set for next month on October 10.
