After a hard week, Chris Brown can finally take a load off as his hit-and-run case was just dropped. Although prosecutors did not easily agree with the ruling, the singer managed to strike a civil agreement with the victim causing her to withdraw her plea.

Although Brown came out lucky in this deal, his lawyer believes this should have never been brought to court in the first place."The case never should have been filed in the first place,Brown's lawyer told TMZ. It's unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he's done."

The victim didn't want any money because the accident's damage was so minor. However an L.A. City Attorney objected to the victims decision this morning, citing to the judge that Brown was very aggressive following the accident even calling her a "bitch."

Earlier this week the singer suffered a seisure due to these legal woes, naming “intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress" as the cause.
