It looks like things are about to get worse for Gucci Mane.

The Atlanta Journalism-Constitution reports that Gucci Mane - born Radric Davis - has been indicted on aggravated assault charges stemming from last month's incident at Atlanta's Harlem Nights club. During the incident, Gucci reportedly hit a U.S. soldier over the head with a champagne bottle after asking for a picture with the rapper.

“I’m in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane, is it OK?” the victim said at the time. “I was speaking to the security guard, and Gucci Mane hit me in the head with a bottle. And as I looked at him in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face.”

As XXL previously reported, Gucci had been denied bond at the first trial following his arrest. The "Wasted" rapper also reportedly punched a concert-goer in the face after a show in Philadelphia.
